    APF DALLAS CONDUCTS A SUCCESSFUL MEDICAL MISSION TO ASABA TO TREAT DIABETES & HYPERTENSION

    A MISSION TO TACKLE DIABETES & HYPERTENSION!
    When the blue print for this mission was drawn by APF project committee two years ago, a lot of us were doubtful that this project will ever take off. But thanks to "never say die" attitude of the membership of APF, on the 29th of December 2006, Asaba people were the beneficiary of a well ochestrated medical mission. A mission to be on the offensive against the deseases that have taken so many Nigerian lives. The fight was against Diabetes and Hypertension. The first phase of this mission took off at the Asagba's Palace on December the 29th. And then later at the Ogwa Ukwu Ahaba. When it was all over, over 5000 Asaba indegenes were tested.
